The 400W/420W/480W Beam Spot Wash Moving Head Light is a professional hybrid stage lighting fixture designed to combine beam projection, spot effects and wash lighting in one unit. With Philips discharge lamp options and adjustable optics, it provides flexible lighting effects for concerts, live performances, nightclubs, theaters and event productions.
Its three operating functions allow lighting designers to create concentrated aerial beams, project decorative gobos and produce softer lighting effects without relying on separate fixtures for every visual effect.
Available in 400W, 420W and 480W lamp configurations, this BSW moving head features electronic focus, multiple prism effects, dual gobo wheels and 16-bit pan and tilt control. DMX512, RDM and Art-Net compatibility make it suitable for professional lighting systems and programmed stage productions.

Beam, Spot and Wash Lighting Functions
Beam Mode – Narrow Aerial Effects
The 2.2°–10° adjustable beam angle produces concentrated light beams for aerial effects and synchronized moving-head sequences. This mode is suited to concert stages, nightclub lighting and live productions requiring focused beam patterns.
Spot Mode – Gobo Projection
With a 6°–48° adjustable spot angle, electronic focus and dual gobo wheels, the fixture can project decorative patterns and moving light effects. Rotating gobos support indexed positioning, automatic rotation and shake effects, providing flexibility for programmed lighting cues.
Wash Effects – Soft Lighting Transitions
The adjustable frost system softens the projected light, helping operators move from defined beam and spot effects to broader, diffused lighting looks. Combined with 0–100% linear dimming, it supports smoother transitions during performances and events.
Color, Gobo and Prism Effects
Color Wheel and Rainbow Effects
The color wheel includes seven fixed colors plus white, supporting split-color transitions, bidirectional rainbow rotation and selectable color positioning. The specified 90% spot uniformity helps maintain consistent illumination across the projected field.
Rotating and Fixed Gobo Wheels
The rotating gobo wheel contains seven patterns plus an open position, with rotation, flowing and shake effects. A separate fixed gobo wheel provides nine additional patterns plus an open position, expanding the available projection effects.
Five Prism Effects
Five prism options provide additional possibilities for multiplying and spreading projected patterns. Bidirectional prism rotation and positioning functions allow different effects to be incorporated into programmed lighting sequences.
Electronic Focus, Frost and Strobe
Electronic focus enables adjustments to projection sharpness, while the 0–100% frost and dimming functions support smooth lighting transitions. Pulse, synchronous, asynchronous and random strobe modes provide additional dynamic effects for live shows.
Professional DMX and Lighting Network Control
The hybrid moving head supports standard DMX512 control with 26-channel and 35-channel operating modes. RDM enables bidirectional communication, while Art-Net provides an Ethernet-based lighting control option for compatible systems.
Additional control options include master/slave operation, automatic programs and sound-activated modes. Wireless DMX512 is available as an optional configuration.
For accurate movement, the fixture provides 540° pan and 270° tilt travel with 16-bit positioning. Signal isolation protection, automatic reset error correction, temperature monitoring and intelligent fan control support operation and maintenance.
A 2.8-inch LCD display offers Chinese and English menus, reversible text orientation and touch-key operation for fixture setup.
